Shipping policy

Deliveries are made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Italy, Israel, Croatia, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Cyprus (excluding Northern Cyprus), Romania, San Marino , Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Bulgaria, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Switzerland, Sweden, Russian Federation, Turkey, Belorussia.

 

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Deliveries in Germany (Germany):

We calculate the shipping costs flat rate with 4.90 € per order.
From an order value of 60.00 € we deliver free shipping.
 

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the order value (gross value):

Greece, Israel, Romania, Russian Federation, Turkey, Belarus
Shipping costs € 29.90 - free shipping from € 250.00

Delivery via consignment (post)

If you only order the samples in our shop, we will send them with the consignment (by post). Please note that neither consignment insurance nor consignment tracking is possible for consignments. Furthermore, the delivery times here can be between 5 and 10 working days. Since shipping as a consignment is particularly favorable, Deutsche Post reserves the right to a longer shipping time.

 

Delivery times

Insofar as no other period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods in Germany (Germany) within 2 - 5 working days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 25 working days (depending on the destination country) after conclusion of contract (with agreed advance payment after the date of your Money Order).

Please note that during discount campaigns, delivery times may be delayed by several days, depending on the order volume.

Also note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.

If we notice during the order processing that an ordered article is unfortunately no longer available (eg due to a technical error in the shop comparison), you will receive a credit note about the unavailable articles and the value of the goods will be reimbursed to you via your chosen method of payment. The remaining goods will be processed at the regular delivery times.
